Born and Raisedin Sacramento, Zahirah grew up 1 of 6 being the middle child. At age 5 he went to write his first song “Do you know a Blessing?” which he then went to perform at church the very same day. From there on his love for music continued as he was in music school from 4th grade and graduated Natomas Charter Performing Fine Arts Academy with a Distinction in Music.
In the summerof 2015, Zahirah’s first mixtape WAVES came out, including 14 tracks plus a bonus track. His hits singles included Big Mistake, Get it Got it Good and Fine Art. Zahirah didnt get a lot of traction on this project but that did not stop him. The following year in June, he released an EP called Beautiful Problem. The EP did so well physically as he sold out on his 150 limited physicals in less than a month.
While working at the studio he landed his first project with a local artist named Yelly and got to co- write her song Come Over. From there on they worked on songs like Dont Mess with My Man Cover, the album Between Us: Conversations, Shady, IMY, Run, Undercover and songs that have yet to be released! Through that connection, he was able to work with the artist MarMar Oso and recreate Last Christmas with a modern spin. Since then he's had the likes to have the opportunity to write for Kehlani, Ella Mai, Chris Brown, Bryson Tiller, H.E.R., Jazmine Sullivan, DaniLeigh, JayDon, & more.
